2. Next For the chicken, remove the skin and bones, chop up the chicken to make the chicken coarse. Next stir in the chicken pieces and tomatoes together inside the pan. Allow it cook for an additional minute while stirring. for more consistency stir in more milk and season to taste with salt, pepper, or Parmesan cheese.
